1ST FORGING
PRODUCTS
The forging products have two sorts of free forging and loop forging.
The largest diameter is 3000mm and the heaviest weight is 5T. It has the
following main model.1）Pressure container of petrochemicals and carbon
steel, low alloy steel, high-temperature and high pressure forging of
stainless steel which petrochemicals need, such as chromium-molybdenum
steel, SA105, SA266, 00Cr19Ni10 and 00Crl7Ni14Mo2 of stainless steel forging,16MnD
and 09MnNiD of steel forging of low temperature. 2）Alloy steel and super-high
intensity forging which heavy mechanic making of metallurgy need, such
as 35-42CrMo, 40Cr, 20CrNi2MoA, 20CrMnMo, 20CrMnTi, 20Cr2Ni4, 38CrMoAl,
37SiMn2Mov, 45CrNiMov and S17CrNiMo6. In particular it does well in hard
serrated gear and axial forging.
2ND, PRECISION FORGING
Our precision forging has chemical bump, valve and turbine as main forging.
And materials are stainless steel and special steel, which stainless steel
is most specialized. The forging materials have 304, 316, 0Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti,
304L, 316L and brass.
