Main equipments of forging and processing are over 20 sets of machine
tools which are 3T vapor hammer, 1T vapor hammer, 0.75T air hammer,φ1600,
φ3000mm rolling-loop machine of numerical control, C61100-5M, 3M lathe,
φ3400 upright vehicle, φ1600 upright vehicle, φ3000 bed vehicke, Z3050
drilling bed of rocking arms. Main equipments for precision coin and
module device are AutoCAD module device system, 500kg and 250kg middle
frequency oven. Main equipments of heat treatment are 4M×2M flat vehicle
oven, 2M×1.2M flat vehicle oven and φ2000 well oven. The examining
equipments are omnipotent experiment machine of microcomputer controlled
electron model, photoelectric spectrocomparator, T-23 sounder, 721
photometer and automatic carbon and sulphur apparatus.
We adopt forging provision of one continuous line which is forging,
heat treatment, coarse processing and mechanical capability and precision
coin provision which is module device, making, precision coin, chemical
ingredient analysis, heat treatment and acid wash. We provide reliable
quality service system guarantee for many customers. Various axles,
circles and barrels such as high temperature high pressure forging
for pressured containers, transmission forging of hard serrated gear
are suitable for the trade of metallurgy ore mechanic, mechanic of
petroleum chemical industry, heavy mechanic making industry, large
generator and ship industry. The precision coin products are suitable
for petroleum chemical industry, food mechanic making industry, embellish
